Adcock Home Remodeling is proud to offer our homeowners and landlords our exclusive Peace of Mind Package. Every POMP is tailored specifically to your needs so you never have to worry about forgetting or neglecting maintenance again.
We are a licensed and insured company based out of Bellevue, TN. We work directly with homeowners, property managers, management companies, and short term rental agents. We work with all insurance companies for any claims you have filed.
Gutters
Your POMP includes 3 cleanings per year, usually in late October and late November for Fall foliage drops, then once again in early May for Winter and Spring cleanup.
Downspouts are blown clear, all limbs and leaves removed. All extensions will be checked and reported.
Water Heater
We do a yearly drain and flush on tank heaters, both gas and electric. (We do descale cleanings for interior and exterior tankless units). A detailed report on your system's health and life, as well as estimated replacement costs.
AC/Heat
We do a Spring and Fall service for your HVAC units. Included in the service are coil cleanings, condensation line cleaning, operational testing, thermostat check, and air filter check.
Dryer / Vent
Your POMP includes on annual dryer vent cleaning. We scrub your exhaust line and do a full inspection on your machine, including the interior vent tubing. We will also inspect the termination cover outside and any pest guards and automatic dampers.
Roof Inspections
Post storm, we will check for downed limbs and missing or damaged shingles.
We can repair or replace any type of roof and will work directly with your insurance company. One annual inspection is included in your POMP and you may request it anytime.
Crawl Space
We conduct a full visual inspection and deliver a report including photos and any findings and suggested property updates .

All inspections and maintenance performed will come with detailed reporting including pictures and recommendations, as well as services performed and upcoming.
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. Any request needed outside regular hours is subject to Emergency Rate. Holidays will also be Emergency Rate. All items in your POMP will be schedule during regular hours.
